**The position**: By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:

- Assure that Equinor procedures are being followed during all steps on board the Conventional Shuttle Tanker during offloading operations, and no limited to the support and guidance to: connection (mooring) of tow vessel to the shuttle tanker ‘s stern, mooring of shuttle tanker to the FPSO, connection of oil transfer hose line from FPSO to the shuttle tanker, supervision of tests and pumps operation, intervention on safety actions and operational barriers, and activities of unmooring/disconnection.
- Coordinate the mooring of tow vessel, shuttle tanker and FPSO, providing permanent advice to the Shuttle Tanker Master.
- Coordinate in alignment with the Master the connection of offloading hose string to the Shuttle Tanker, supervision and control of preoperative tests, flushing (flushing back), cargo and sampling.
- Evaluation and approval of tanker proposed to operate in the Field, as well as the support vessels, tow vessels, etc, to be involved in the offloading operations.
- Lead the maritime operations of FPSO heading control and related maritime simultaneous operations as needed.
- Temporary assignment leadership onshore regarding planning of offloading activities, as well as coordination, communication and report to management when required.

- Nautical sciences background is mandatory (level of Master Marine is a plus).
- Certification STCW II/2 is required.
- Fluent English.
- +7 years of experience in maritime / offshore is required.
- Relevant experience as mooring master is needed.
- Acknowledge and familiarization with Peregrino Field and its offloading operations will be a differential.
- Proficient and proven experience with Oil and Gas Tankers, with its respective systems of firefighting and inert tank will be a differential.
- Proficient in operation of reference systems PRS (Position Reference System).
