**Responsabilidades**:
- Opera equipamentos de produção de forma segura, seguindo as políticas de segurança da Dow.- Segue políticas de Disciplina Operacional, princípios, procedimentos, padrões e práticas para garantir a operação segura, confiável e eficiente das áreas designadas.- Trabalha com membros da equipe de turno e outras equipes de turno para alavancar as habilidades e o conhecimento para equilibrar a carga de trabalho assegurando que as tarefas atribuídas sejam concluídas conforme as datas acordadas.- Participa de forma efetiva das passagens de turno, para garantir boa comunicação e transferência de atividades para a equipe que está entrando.- Identifica proativamente melhorias e oportunidades utilizando os processos de melhoria da instalação e ferramentas de comunicação.

**Requisitos**:
- Curso técnico completo em Química, Instrumentação, Eletromecânica, Eletrotécnica, Mecânica e/ou Automação- Ter fácil acesso até a região de Candeias-BA- Possuir flexibilidade de horário para atuar em regime de turno
