**SÃO PAULO**

Our São Paulo office is located in the heart of the city, a region full of cultural spaces and history. The office houses several different teams, from Operations to Technology. We have an auditorium where we can host presentations, lectures and fun activities

**THE ROLE**

The Fulfilment Operations Specialist will play a critical role in achieving the outbound fulfilment operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective team management, development, and cross-functional project ownership. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Strategy Operations, you will collaborate closely with members of the Supply Chain, Logistics, and Private Client teams to ensure optimal Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements are met, resulting in best-in-class customer service levels. This position requires a keen attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and a passion for continuous process improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and manage a team of fulfillment specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success in meeting KPIs and performance targets.
- Develop, implement, enforce, and evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), SLAs, and policies to optimise fulfillment operations and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Private Client and external partners (FF Partner Services, 3PL, etc) to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across departments.
- Own and oversee cross-functional projects related to fulfillment operations, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and goals are met.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing daily/weekly updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Strategy and Forecast Planning - Communicate forecast planning to NYC Store and Chicago Store to build synergies that foster communication, cooperation and teamwork.
- Work cross-functionally with retail and logistics within the supply chain to understand and communicate the impacts of changes to sales goals, shipping volumes and network assumptions.
- Report on daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs by team member, department, and location.

WHO YOU ARE
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a fulfillment or operations environment.
- Ability to work cross-collaboratively across geographically dispersed teams to drive outcomes and problem solving.
- Strong organisational and team management skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
- Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and applies the continuous improvement mindset to all workstreams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in monitoring and analysing operational data.
- Experience with MS Office and Google Suite.
- Knowledge of Tableau and Metabase.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Team player attitude, willing to go above and beyond at all times.
