**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management, strategy, or a related field involving partner development or go-to-market initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently in order to communicate with local external partners.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in management consulting or business development.
- Understanding of partner needs and a focus on delivering impactful results.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, global environment and adjust quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to leverage data and problem-solving skills to inform strategic decision-making.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As the Program Manager, you will shape go-to-market strategies and propel the growth of our Partner Ecosystem team. You'll collaborate with RWJ's cross-functional leadership to deliver on scaled programs that help foster a thriving partner ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Business Development, Global Product Solutions, gTech, and Product teams to launch and/or scale successful partner programs.
- Design comprehensive cross-vertical strategies and actionable playbooks to drive partner onboarding, enablement, and growth.
- Analyze program performance, identify growth areas, and report insights to leadership.
- Build relationships and drive alignment across teams to promote partner initiatives.
