Unreal Developer

Here at Mindera, we are building a world class team and would love it for you to join us.

You have a good understanding of Unreal Engine 5 and like to keep your code and project neat. You already have some projects/games under your belt that you have contributed to in some way (mechanics, AI, tools, interaction). You have developed libraries or game tools using C++ and Blueprints. You always keep your code versioned by using a version control system (preferably Git + Git LFS or Plastic SCM / Perforce). You are accustomed to working in a collaborative environment with people from different backgrounds (managers, artists, writers, game designers).

**Requirements**:
**You're Good At**
- Working directly with the client to ensure the technical feasibility of the requirements;
- Designing games and interactive experiences with usability, accessibility and fun in mind;
- Actively participating in development discussions and problem-solving;
- Designing and developing game tools as needed;
- Using version control systems (preferably Git);
- Developing shaders for awesome effects;
- Game Design and Game Development as a whole;
**You Rock At**
- Problem-solving and demonstrable logic;
- Programming using Blueprints and C++ in Unreal Engine 5;
- Designing and implementing SDKs and APIs in C++ for other developers to use in their games;
- Math Algebra, trigonometry, and geometry are familiar to you;
- Creating prototypes and MVPs;
