**SUMMARY**
Under administrative review, is responsible for initiating and coordinating the clerical functions required in effective implementation of administrative policies in Test Engineering.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**
- Coordinate department’s travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain all documentation to comply with ISO 9000.
- Maintain department’s controlled document numbering logs.
- Monitor and track annual certification required by the department.
- Process vacation and personal time for the department.
- Process test engineering timecards.
- Coordinate payroll queries and adjustments.
- Maintain data entry for MES/TARS/GPS.
- Assign and distribute document control numbers as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain test visual aids.
- Generate purchase orders.
- Maintain data entry into spreadsheets, database programs, resumes, inventories, etc.
- Follow-up on issues as directed by supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by manager.
- Comply and follow all company procedures.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
High school diploma or equivalent with 2 plus years clerical experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft office programs preferred.

Exercitar e treinar técnicas de configuração de práticas recomendadas e obtendo a melhor configuração padronizada do sistema, agilizando processos.

Auxiliar na análise de valor agregado e identificar métodos para eliminar desperdícios em processo, certificando-se de que os processos entregues à fabricação sejam documentados e atendam aos requisitos do 5S antes da liberação, aderindo a todas as regras e regulamentos de segurança e saúde associados a este cargo e conforme orientado pelo supervisor, seguindo todos os procedimentos dentro da política de segurança da empresa.

Receber e interpretar informações relacionadas ao produto do cliente para realizar as atividades técnicas que ocorrem uma vez que um pacote NPI/ECN/PCN é liberado para jabil que deve ser concluído antes que a construção do produto possa ocorrer ou ser agendado, incluindo: configuração de sistemas de execução de fabricação e design e validação de etiquetas.

HIRING PROFILE

Cursando Engenharia de Produção ou áreas afins

Experiência mínima de 6 meses em Indústrias de Manufatura Eletrônica

Experiência em FMEA/Control Plan

Experiência em sistema de gerenciamento de shop floor (MES)

Inglês Intermediário (Desejável avançado)
- Identificar as configurações da linha de fabricação e definir aproriadamente as máquinas no sistema.
- Adicionar novas etapas de rota conforme solicitado para garantir o rastreamento adequado de dados.
- Configurar e revisar todas as novas rotas PV conforme necessário para alterações de processo ou alterações de BOM.
- Garantir a integridade das configurações.
- Identificar e incorporar as melhores práticas para a configuração do sistema.
- Fornecer suporte técnico para células de trabalho e fabricação para problemas de configuração no MES.
- Fornecer suporte para solução de problemas de configuração MES na linha de produção.
- Interpretar os dados do cliente e configurar um novo pacote de montagem no MES definindo os pontos de verificação de qualidade necessários, links e testes necessários.
