We are looking for an ISS Proposal Manager to join the Integrated Service Solutions (ISS) Sales Support organization.

The position is a maternity leave replacement for the period of approximately 18 months starting latest in April 2023.

The preferred location is Espoo, Finland, or Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

As an ISS Proposal Manager, you will develop and prepare proposals and estimates for long-term service agreements under the banner of MO Life Cycle Services (LCS). You will be part of the global ISS Proposals team, meaning you will interact with stakeholders from different Market Areas and Business Lines so excellent communication skills and flexible working hours are mandatory for this position.

Your tasks and responsibilities as an ISS Proposal Manager are:
Review internal and external customer requests and create proposals that meet the Customer's demands.
Ensure proposal competitiveness focusing on MO’s added value and benefit to the Customer.
Ensure estimates and proposals are commercially sound and comply with contractual must-haves.
Take ownership of the proposal preparation, provide a clear package to the Sales Team and follow-up on delivery to the customer.
Establish and maintain a good company image by providing exceptional customer service, a professional attitude and up-to-date product knowledge.
Maintain an understanding of customers' business and corresponding product needs; understand their decision process and value drivers.
Raise requests for pricing on parts and assemblies as needed for the development of costings through appropriate processes and tools.
Work to ensure all related company intellectual property is controlled and protected.
Lead the development of standard proposal tools to continuously reduce Quotation Response Time and improve Quality.

**To Succeed as an ISS Proposal Manager, you**:
Have experience in budgets and proposals, including process management and good knowledge in project management that will be a differential
Have experience in analyzing and interpreting contracts.
Are self-motivated
Have attention to detail and accuracy
Always look for your continuous improvement and of company’s processes and procedures
Demonstrate ownership when performing tasks assigned to you
Manage well with routine and fast work pace and you can handle many open cases while waiting for an answer from other stakeholders
Feel it is important to finish what you have started
Are not afraid to contact the many stakeholders at different organizational levels
Are willing to work in a truly global position and able to work flexible hours from time to time
Are not afraid of asking for help
Communicate fluently in English
Have advanced skills in Excel and MS Word

A Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or business fields is required but most importantly we value your attitude and experience.
