Responsável por suportar a definição e implementação dos indicadores estratégicos de Supply Chain para a regiao LATAM, construindo dashboards que suportem o gerenciamento da Performance.

Responsável também por identificar oportunidades de negócios por meio de análise de dados, e pela criação de modelos que tragam insights importantes para os times de negócios e suportem a estratégia da Nutrien.

Responsável por identificar e suportar a implementação de novas soluções analíticas para a área de Supply Chain LATAM.

**Responsabilidades e atribuições**
- Análise da Performance de Supply Chain LATAM | Gerenciar a Performance de Supply Chain, definindo e dando visibilidade da evolução dos indicadores-chave;
- Desenvolvimento de Modelos Preditivos e Insights de Oportunidades de Negócios | Identificar e desenvolver modelos preditivos, visando melhoraria no nível de serviço e na eficiência operational;
- Provedor de Soluções Analíticas | Traduzir problemas de negócios em soluções analíticas, selecionando modelos adequados com base nos objetivos do negócio;
- Monitoramento/rastreamento de dados | Monitorar o Desempenho Regional dos Indicadores de Supply Chain;
- Suporte Desenvolvimento e manutenção de métricas contínuas de SC, relatórios e painéis de análise para orientar as principais decisões de negócios;
- Data Management | Garantir a Acuracidade dos dados, a partir de validações das novas ferramentas e das existentes.
- Digitalização e Smart Centers | Suportar a Implementação de Smart Center na Organizacao de Supply Chain LATAM

**Requisitos e qualificações**
- Graduação em Ciência de Dados, Administração de Empresas, Estatística, Matemática, Engenharia entre outros;
- Competências Chave | Foco no Cliente; Mentalidade digital;
- Conhecimento de Ferramentas Digitais para construção de Dashboards (Power BI);
- Conhecimento de Estatística e Linguagens de Programação (R e/ou Python);
- Conhecimento em Supply Chain Management (desejável);
- Conhecimento de Agile Methodology e experiÊncia com trabalhos em Squads (desejavel);
- Experiência em Agronegócio (desejável);
- Experiência em Varejo (desejável);
- Inglês - Intermediário
