About the team
The LATAM Product Strategy & Operations team at TikTok is a dynamic and diverse group focused on driving the success of TikTok's product offerings in Latin America.
About the role
TikTok seeks a Product Marketing professional with a background in digital media and ad tech to lead product strategy and analytics for our suite of Ad Products and Solutions in LATAM. Sitting in the Product Strategy & Operations organization, this is a player/coach role with time spent on influencing the team and working on products and projects as an individual contributor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive analytics framework and product metrics using SQL, R or Python, and BI tools to proactively track, attribute, and identify opportunities to improve TikTok's Ad Products and Solutions;
- Develop scalable analytical and reporting solutions such as tables, datasets, models, and dashboards;
- Monitor key performance indicators and develop metric frameworks to help measure product efforts quantitatively;
- Conduct in-depth analyses that help the business better understand key value drivers and growth opportunities through TikTok's Ad Products and Solutions;
- Effectively communicate actionable insights and drive projects across all levels to inform product growth efforts
- Partner closely with key stakeholders to optimize overall product adoption and growth. Provide recommendations for improvements to achieve business goals;
- Design and implement reporting dashboards and the associated data pipeline to deliver insights and improve the workflows of internal teams.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of working experience in data science, analytics, product, or related fields.
- Bachelors/Masters degree in a technical field such as Economics, Business Analytics, Math, Computer Science, etc.
- Proficient in statistical software (like R or Python), BI tools (like Tableau or PowerBI), and SQL.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of distilling complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment while having the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, and multi-task
- A proactive learner with a curious mind, self-sufficient with a strong aptitude for collaborative problem-solving.
- Proficiency in English due to business needs

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Possess a strong knowledge of trends in Digital Marketing & Media in LATAM
- Product management / Consulting experience
- Ability and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical skills
