Esse profissional será responsável por atender as necessidades do cliente, considerando os processos e KPI’s da área; terá como atividade todo o ciclo de vida do pedido, desde seu lançamento até sua entrega. Terá conexões com múltiplos setores e localidades/países da companhia e irá trabalhar de maneira multicultural com clientes e stakeholders.

**Suas principais responsabilidades**
- Coordenação de ordens de compra e amostras;
- Atendimento a reuniões;
- Preenchimento de report de vendas;
- Iniciação de investigação de complaints;
- Projetos locais e regionais;
- Resolução de problemas.
**Você proporciona**
- Ensino superior completo
- Espanhol e/ou Inglês avançados;
- Experiência com Customer Service;
- Conhecimento do Pacote Office;
