**Your Role and Responsibilities**
The social media creative project manager is a key orchestrator, managing project expectations among stakeholders, contract designers, the Blue Studio and agency partners to uphold our creative excellence. The role covers 3 key tenets: execution team advocacy, external agency partner management and operational excellence.
- **Execution team advocacy**:Understands the flow of work through the social media team and surfaces issues to cross-functional teams, acts as a champion for the team, and helps evolve work processes to gain efficiencies;
- ** External agency partner engagement and management**:Helps guide development of work with appropriate internal and external parties to ensure it meets business objectives, ensures that deliverables are finalized as expected and conducts project closing procedures;
- ** Operational excellence**:Guides short-term and long-term planning exercises with the creative team, establishes appropriate structures and timelines to meet forecast demand, escalates service issues against assigned area of responsibility.
We offer a dynamic blend of personal flexibility and a thriving in-office environment. This role requires three days of in-office presence per week, with two days for remote work.

Profissional Requerido e Conhecimento Técnico
- 5+ years of experiencein creative production and connecting content and experiences to buyer, market, and channel trends;
- Excellent expectation management, communication skills and fluency in Agile method;
- Exemplary attention to detail and organization and a commitment to flawless execution;
- An editor’s eye for great writing and visual storytelling on social media platforms;
- An intensely collaborative style. IBM is a highly matrixed organization and the person who is successful in this role will thrive in a “we” (not an “I”) environment.
Profissional Preferencial e Conhecimento Técnico
- Large public company or agency experience alongside creative partners;
- Experience working with highly matrixed organizations; Experience managing creative production of marketing content
- experience in social media is a plus;
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Workfront;
- Passion about taking a new-media approach to content, using data to inspire ideas;
- Stellar reputation related to client service and over-delivery of business objectives.
