O Analista de Governança e Processos de Supply Chain atuará como parceiro de todas as sub-áreas da gerência, com foco no mapeamento/revisão de processos e condução de projetos ligados a melhoria contínua. Sua experiência em Supply Chain será amplamente demandada, uma vez que o profissional deverá propor alternativas que contribuam para a otimização dos processos e ferramentas utilizados. Adicionalmente, deverá acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho da área para identificar oportunidades de remoção/redução de gargalos e/ou possíveis mudanças processuais. O contato frequente com os acionistas estrangeiros da TAG também fará parte da rotina deste Analista, seja na participação de projetos, treinamentos ou disponibilização de informações solicitadas.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Mapear todos os processos da gerência e desenvolver, em conjunto com as áreas, os documentos normativos e fluxogramas necessários, bem como garantir a manutenção dos documentos criados de acordo com os processos atuais;
- Garantir a melhoria contínua dos processos da gerência em relação à eficiência processual e sistêmica;
- Garantir a conformidade dos processos da gerência às premissas de governança definidas por controles internos ou pelos acionistas da TAG através da realização de auditorias internas;
- Liderar os projetos de melhoria dos módulos de Supply Chain Management (SCM) do ERP da Companhia e de seus sistemas-satélites;
- Liderar projetos de melhorias em processos da gerência junto aos stakeholders (usuários, gestão, área de Riscos, etc);
- Suportar a liderança da área na priorização dos projetos de melhoria contínua.
**Formação**:
Ensino Superior: Administração, Engenharia, Gestão da Informação e/ou áreas afins.
Inglês Intermediário
