**Formação**:
Graduação completa em: Engenharia da Computação ou Ciência da Computação ou/e áreas afins.

**Requisitos necessários**:

- Sólidas experiências em projetos;
Amplos conhecimentos em:

- Metodologias ágeis;
- Técnicas de priorização e estimativa; construção, comunicação e alinhamento sobre Product Backlog;
- Análise e levantamento de requisitos, elaboração de relatórios de status de projetos.

Inglês: Avançado

**Responsabilidades**:

- Selecionar e Aplicar a abordagem Ágil no projeto;
- Assegurar as entregas dos projetos com qualidade, garantindo o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas e o atingimento dos marcos dos projetos;
- Dar suporte na elaboração e revisão de propostas técnicas de projeto;
- Executar a atividade de levantamento de requisitos e definição de funcionalidades dos produtos com o objetivo de criar manter o Product Backlog priorizado;
- Aplicar técnicas de estimativas junto ao time para organizar processo de desenvolvimento e manter o Product Backlog sob controle;
- Realizar as cerimônias de projeto (daily, retrospectiva, planning e reunião de status);
- Elaborar relatórios de status do projeto e dar suporte técnico na de relatórios técnicos de órgãos reguladores;
- Atualização de boards e ferramentas internas de projetos com os dados dos projetos;
- Entre outras atividades pertinentes à função.
