**Senior QA Engineer**

Home Office / Full time / Only English CVs / EST working hours

**Responsibilities**:

- You are able to work independently and with your team to deliver test plans and test cases successfully.
- Your work is consistently of a high quality (e.g., thorough, thoughtful, data-driven) and incorporates best practices. Your team trusts your work.
- Your test plan, script and test case reviews tend to be rapid and uneventful. You provide useful feedback for changes submitted by others.
- You write scripts and automated tests that are maintainable and reusable, identify bugs and do not produce false positives.
- You constructively identify problems and propose solutions, taking on projects that identify and mitigate risk while measuring software quality.
- You make improvements to your team’s testing processes and question the defined set of tests.
- You have established good working relationships with team members and peers working on related software. You recognize discordant views and take part in constructive dialogue to resolve them.
- You are able to confidently train new team members about your products’ customers, what your software does, how it is constructed, tested, and operates and how it fits into the bigger picture.

**Requirements**:

- BS or MS in Computer Science, EE or related field, or equivalent.
- 3 - 5+ years of software testing experience.
- Strong experience in building automated test solutions.
- Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals.
- Able to work effectively in an agile software development environment.
