- Are you adept at implementing system changes? Do you have a proven record of working effectively with numerous technical teams to improve core infrastructure?
- We’re looking for an IT system administrator to:
- Focused on automation and pro-active monitoring for infrastructure services
- Incident management experience for critical services
- Experience in platforms WINDOWS 2016/2019, Linux Redhat at least RHEL 7 and Vmware
- Build and maintain technical infrastructure documentation
- Support Applications teams and developers
- Root cause investigation and postmortem action plan
- Propose new solution to improve infrastructure availability.
- Desirable Shell script, Appdynamics, MS MQ, Oracle, SQL Server and Azure cloud management knowledge
**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the IT team in São Paulo, SP.
**Your expertise**
- ideally 3-6 years of experience working a large and complex web hosting environment, financial sector background would be a plus
- working knowledge of products like Windows Server 2016 or above, Red heat 7, Azure Cloud technology, MS-MQ-Series,
- university degree computer science, management information systems or professional certifications
- analytical, logical and enjoy solving problems
- excellent communicator, able to adapt style and detail to the audience
- motivated, self-directed and driven
- ideally fluent in English
