The Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will impel creative thinking beyond existing industry practices and client mindset for our exciting new projects, and play a key role in seeing them through to completion.

**In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Participate in agile Scrum/Kanban teams in the role of BA, Scrum Master and Team Member
- Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for client, technology and business suitability
- Manage product backlog, create user stories, epics and user cases documents

So are YOU our next Senior Business Systems Analyst? You are if you
- Deep understanding of the investment industry.
- Working experience with Equity and Options Trading systems.
- Working experience with book of records systems, custody systems, back-office systems, processes and workflows in the investments industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, documentation, conflict resolution and expectation/relationship management skills
- Ability to understand company-wide project initiatives, see cross-functional opportunities, and comprehend overall company business directives
- Commitment to requirements management practices with ability to control project scope creep and mitigate project risks and constraints

Additional kudos if you
- Understanding of customer statements, CRM2 or other regulatory guidelines on how investments are reported in Canada
- Experience in facilitating meetings, documentation, conducting interviews to elicit and write complete and detailed requirements.
