**Receptionist & Staff Assistant**

**What is the scope of this role?**
- Receive and serve internal and external customers (reception);
- Organization of meeting room agendas, mail and mail control;
- Answering the phone, transferring calls after understanding the need;
- Prepare any video conferences and corporate events;
- Organization of agenda, travel, request for reimbursements and personal demands of directors, expatriates and company executives, organizing personal documents, visa renewal dates, invitation letters for foreigners and support in personal demands, among others;
- Organization of internal and external meetings, in person and online;
- Coordination of contracts with suppliers (bakeries, cafes, landscaping, among others)

**What skills and experience will you need for this role?**
- Advanced English Fluency
- Great communication skills
- High School Diploma
- Excellent Sense of Urgency and Proactiveness
- Time Management and Prioritization
