- Job Description
Support the definition of the **Procurement Business Plan** based on the analysis of the demand of the Vessel area (operation & asset);
- Conduct **sourcing of high complexity scopes** for the Vessels operating in Brazil (vendor list, RFQ/RFP, proposal equalization, negotiation of commercial conditions, preparation of Bid Commercial Tabulation, Award Recommendation Report, and contract issuance);
- **Negotiate contracts and agreements** aiming for cost reduction, purchasing process optimization and ensuring delivery dates;
- Draft contract in accordance with **General Terms & Conditions (GTC)** standards of TechnipFMC;
- Develop **Frame Agreements** with strategic suppliers for TechnipFMC's Vessel area;
- **Contract management** of critical categories for TechnipFMC’s Vessel area (claims, amendments, notifications, regular meetings with key-suppliers,);
- Participate in **Capex Projects** for TechnipFMC's Vessel area, such as dry dockings, maintenance period and upgrades (sourcing, contracting, variation orders management and close-out);
- Collaborate and support **qualification processes of critical service suppliers** for TechnipFMC's Vessel area;
- Manage the **performance of strategic suppliers **through internal customer evaluations, KPI analysis, regular meeting and follow-up of Action Plan when need;
- Support **internal and external audits**;
- Run **Due Diligence processes of Third-Party Intermediaries** (TPIs) according to the TechnipFMC Compliance procedures.
- Preparation of **Monthly Procurement Reports.**
- You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, economics, accounting or foreign trade
- Experience in Procurement, with a focus on negotiation of material supply contracts (MRO) and service agreements.
- Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing, Spend Analysis and ABC Curve.
- Contract Management of High Complex scopes.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced English
- Additional Skills
POWER BI (desirable).
- ERP - Oracle and/or SAP (desirable).
- Customs Regime for Oil & Gas industry - REB and REPETRO (desirable).
