As an Agile Master, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and guiding Agile practices within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams to enable them to deliver value efficiently and effectively, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and agility. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and your strong interpersonal skills will be instrumental in helping our teams achieve their goals.

**Descrição da posição | Responsabilidades**:

- Lead the adoption of agile values and principles - support more than one agile framework, conducting planning sessions, daily meetings, retrospectives, road-mapping and release planning, backlog management (definition, refinement, prioritization), sizing, and story estimation for the team.
- Participate, alongside the team, in Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions assisting them to create the initiatives plan for every quarter.
- Facilitate Discovery sessions guiding diverse groups of participants through dynamic and interactive situations aimed at uncovering valuable insights, fostering creativity, and driving projects or initiatives forward.
- Deliver agile training programs, workshops, and educational sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of different teams and stakeholders. Empower individuals with the knowledge and skills required for agile success.
- Create a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, coupled with your strong communication and facilitation skills, to help teams achieve their goals.
- Assessing the Agile maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, continuously and sustainably.
- Transform impediments into opportunities.
- Provide support to the team with a servant leadership style and lead by example.

**Perfil | Formação e conhecimentos**:

- Advanced English for conversation.
- Prior experience as an Agile Master in a software development or IT environment.
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops or group sessions, with a strong track record of achieving desired outcomes.
- Prior experience participating in PI Plannings, Pre-PI, Art Sync, and monthly Showcases.
- Ability to adapt to diverse groups and work within various organizational contexts.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for fostering innovation.
- Proficiency in using facilitation and project management tools like Miro and Jira.
- Agile certifications in SAFe, KMM, CSM, CSP, PSM, PPO, or PMI-ACP **will be a plus.**
