- Technical Assistence towards a stimulating and exciting journey within RHI Magnesita, offering unique insights to discover and improve your talents and to become the leaders and experts of our future.

In addition, you must have:

- University Degree complete in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering, etc.
- Professional working/internship experience in area de Metallurgy /Mining/Ceramics etc.;
- International mindset and mobile (willingness and ability to relocate to other countries in South America in the future);
- Leadership potential.

And you are:

- Passionate for development & ready to grow with RHIM;
- Fluent in Portuguese;
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written;
- Mobility to Brazil (Contagem-MG);
- Pragmatic team player with hands-on mentality;
- Open & flexible mindset, embracing change;
- Performance driven and drive to make an impact;
- Accountable, not afraid of taking decisions;
- Focus on customer experience.
