**Job purpose**
- Confirm general bookings within 2 hours and special booking till 48 hours.

**Main responsibilities and obligations of position**

1. Handle all bookings requests / amends received from customers, including special requests that are necessary some authorization (as IMO, OOG and FOB cargo), keeping all involved parties duly aware about all necessary documentation.

2. Follow current commitment, as well as the deadline to accept new bookings.

3. Follow current port suspension information, in order to not accept bookings for such locations.

4. Request all route registers to MOC when is not registered in IRIS4 accordingly.

5. Daily review all reefer bookings from BID accounts (update the RESUMO).

6. After draft / cargo deadlines be finished, cancel and/or transfer bookings that have not complied them, keeping IRIS4/Modal systems properly updated, reporting immediately when facing some problem.

7. Cancel or transfer bookings to a new vessel when some POL / POD be omitted, proceeding with all necessary adjustments on vessels ahead, according to Commercial instructions.

8. Cancel or transfer bookings to a new vessel when some customers request an export cancelation to Port Terminal, proceeding with all necessary adjustments on vessels ahead, according to Commitment information.

9. After some cargo rollover, transfer all bookings for nominated vessel by CGR team, keeping all customers duly aware about it, including send them a notice (made by CGR team) with all relevant information.
