The position of Manager, HRBP has the role of partnering with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the company's strategic growth.

**Your Impact**
- Act as a strategic partner, contributing to business leaders, developing organization structure to fit with our business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Analyze hiring needs, develop hiring channels, ensure openings be filled with best quality, efficiency and cost.
- Talent Management: Deliver training & development programs, conduct talents review and succession planning, identify key talents.
- Improve Employee Engagement.
- Manage Performance Management process.
- Facilitate Employee reward process.

**Your Experience and Qualifications**
- Business or Human Resource Management degree required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or advanced degree in a behavioral field) preferred.
- Experience in broadening assignments and act as an HR generalist.
- Local language and English fluency.
