The position will be a key player in developing and maintaining operational and financials metrics to improve the quality of forecasting and estimation of business financial metrics.

You will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business.

As a Lead Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Assessing the amount, timing, and predictability of costs as the basis for budgeting and project-planning
- Analyzing and reporting a business' operating-activities, costs, and cash for a defined period
- Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures
- Supporting closing process, including project margin reviews and other analysis
- Supporting manufacturing cost analysis and closing activities. Partnering with Plant and Finance manager on cost out initiatives
- Contributing to project as a team member or leads small projects
- Defining KPI's to analyze and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans.
- Support Internal and External Audits.

- Have Bachelor's Degree (Desired)
- Have experience in Finance and FP&A
- Have good communication skills, show interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills
