AUE Lending Corporation is seeking a proactive and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong foundation in digital advertising and a passion for the financial industry. This role is perfect for a marketing professional with hands-on experience who is ready to focus on one company and grow in expertise, responsibility, and compensation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently set up and manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and search engines (Google AdWords, YouTube).
- Collaborate with contractors, while also handling hands-on tasks when necessary.
- Advanced use of analytics tools, especially Google Analytics, to monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop creative assets for campaigns, including writing copy, creating ad banners, and coordinating with designers for graphic needs.
- Identify and articulate client benefits, create effective and clickable headlines, and craft strong offers that drive engagement.
- Create and manage chatbots and handle messaging platforms for enhanced customer engagement.
- Stay deeply engaged with the mortgage and financial services industry, with a commitment to understanding AUE’s products, clients, and market.
- A dynamic, energetic individual with 1-3 years of experience, preferably with an agency background or in-house digital marketing role.
- Proficient in creating, analyzing, and optimizing digital ads on key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube).
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and comfortable with other analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and creative skills, with an ability to translate product benefits into compelling marketing messages.
- A self-starter who is willing to dive into the mortgage and finance sector, focusing entirely on growing with AUE Lending and making an impact.
