**Função**: Order Fulfillment

**Título**: Senior Forecast Analyst - 97590

**Your Responsabilities**:

- Develops data driven sales forecasts for Sales and Operations Planning of the business & driving improvements by incorporating Data Analytics into the execution process;
- Analyzes history and seasonal patterns coupled with current competitive state / market intelligence to ensure forecast is a good fit to the overall current business environment;
- Understands and studies current market intelligence sources to ensure variables such as competitive position, government actions, commodity prices, weather, etc., are reflected appropriately in the forecast;
- Facilitates collaboration between factory, division marketing leadership, and production system leads to review forecasting output and gain new input as to near-term management actions that may affect the forecast.

**What Skills Do You Need**:

- Bachelor's degree in a Statistical, Business, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or related;
- 5 or more years of experience of data analysis, economics, and trend forecasting;
- 5 or more years of experience of sales and operations planning process, statistical demand forecasting, and integration of experience of demand plans and related supply plans;
- 5 or more years of experience of experience with Order Fulfillment Process;
- 5 or more years of experience of process management with good attention to detail;
- 5 or more years of experience of demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills

**What Makes You Stand Out**:

- Cross-functional work experience(s) in areas such as: Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Management, Marketing, etc;
- Experience with Sales & Operations Planning;
- A broad background of business experience within or outside the company;
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling.
