**What the day will look like**

The Oil&Gas Broking Manager will Lead and manage an experienced team, including, goal setting, performance appraisal, career development, budgeting and time management. The responsibilities of the Manager will be:

- Management of book including servicing of existing accounts and participation in RFP’s for new business opportunities.
- Provide outstanding and timely service and support to clients, your managers, client relationship managers and originators
- Identify and analyze client exposures
- Facilitate the compilation of submission information in conjunction with clients, relationship managers, originators and service center support
- Finalize market submission and product design options to clients, relationship managers, and originators
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Oil&Gas, Property, Casualty and Construction insurance marketplace, products and services, developing productive business relationships with key insurance underwriters
- Provide status and continuous support and service to clients during entire broking process and entire period of engagement by client
- Development and execution of client service plan
- Retain and grow assigned clients/prospects
- Identify and analyze client exposures and ensure policy coverage addresses all such exposures
- Review and analyze quotes and binders to ensure appropriate coverage

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven and consistent experience in Oil&Gas insurance
- Previous experience as a broker
- English advanced is required
- Experience negotiating and attending multinational clients
- Leadership skills with experience professional
- Commercial and innovation mindset
