**Role Profile**
- Position Title: Specialist, EH&S
- Job Location: SBC - Brazil
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Reports to: Assoc Director, Manufacturing Ops

**Specific responsibilities include**:
Designs, develops, implements and oversees the organization's environmental health and safety programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities and to ensure that all facilities are in compliance with regulations.

**What would this role look like in detail?**
- Participate in the elaboration and implementation of a health and safety policy at work; perform a diagnosis of the OSH situation; identify variables for disease control, accidents, quality of life and the environment. Develop educational actions in the area of health and safety at work; investigate, analyze accidents at work, carry out audits and recommend prevention and control measures. Carry out risk analyses, adopt preventive and corrective measures to protect lives, manage teams, supervise business intelligence services and provide consultancy and assistance in the area of security. Manage security activities in general.

**What will you bring to Ansell?**:

- Knowledge of regulatory standards (05,06,07,09,10,12,15,18,24 and 35), labor legislation, first aid, fire brigade and implementation of environmental controls.
- Qualifications: technological degree in safety or specialization in work safety and the environment.
- English for verbal and written communication..
