Logistic Analyst

We are looking for a Logistic Analyst to join our team.

Based in Vila Velha, Brazil, reporting to the Operations Manager, will be responsible for coordinate and controls of activities carried out in the raw material and accessories warehouses, organizing and guiding the services performed by the team. Responsible for shipping the company's products and contracting land, sea and air transport for all types of cargo.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Receiving Raw Materials in warehouses and controlling physical versus accounting inventory.
- Management of scrap movement (receiving, storage and sale).
- Distribution of raw Materials to factories.
- Responsible for air, land and sea transport services: request, monitoring and payment.
- Freight quotation and preparation of operational planning for national and international offers.
- Analysis of the Logistics Cost of the Business Unit.
- Transfer of Raw Materials for industrialization (freight and planning.
- Dispatch and invoicing of projects, services and spot products.

- Proactive
- Under Graduated in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Production Engineer or Similar
- Experience in Industrial Area and Logistic
- At least Intermediate English (mandatory)

Com sede em Vila Velha, Brasil, reportando-se ao Gerente de Operações, será responsável pela controles das atividades desenvolvidas nos almoxarifados de matéria prima e acessórios, organizando e orientando os serviços executados pela equipe. Responsável pela expedição dos produtos da empresa e contratação de transporte terrestre, marítimo e aéreo para todos os tipos de cargas.

Funções e responsabilidades:

- Recebimento de matérias-primas nos almoxarifados e controle de estoque físico versus contábil.
- Gestão de movimentação sucata (recebimento, armazenamento e venda).
- Distribuição de matérias-primas para as fábricas.
- Responsável pelos serviços de transporte aéreo, terrestre e marítimo: requisição, monitoramento e pagamento.
- Cotação de fretes e elaboração do planejamento operacional de ofertas nacionais e internacionais.
- Análise do custo logístico da Unidade de Negócios.
- Transferência de matérias-primas para industrialização (frete e programação).
- Expedição e faturamento dos projetos, serviços e produtos spot.
