Our Team
CapCut team's mission is to inspire video creation by providing users with a wide range of video editing functions and easy-to-use video templates. We aim to build the best and most localized editing experience, to help users catch up with the trend and express themselves.
- Launch CapCut Designer Creator program from ground zero. Responsible for the content production goal, including graphics and elements.
- Develop structured systems for the recruitment and management of CapCut designer creator community. Responsible for the active designer scale and production scale.
- Manage the education program for CapCut designers and agencies. Provide insights and strategies for their growth based on data analysis and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the content team to improve in-app content creation quality. Collaborate with the commercial team for the monetization of creators and agencies.
- 3+ years of working in talent management divisions of designer platforms or MCNs. Familiar with creator recruitment and agency management, as well as the monetization of the creators.
- Familiar with digital content eco-system/platforms and data analytics.
- Fluent in English, experienced in remote online collaboration, and highly committed to the position.
