**NEXT Program** (Engenheiro Trainee de Operações) is opened- The **NEXT Program **was born with SBM needs to have a **high potential young professionals **with a capacity to exercise **strategic positions **in our company and create a succession pipeline.- We also need that our talents and future leadership **comprehend both worlds** - Onshore & Offshore - in order to provide more assertive solutions to operations**FOR WHO?**
**Newly graduated engineering** People, who have **potential** to occupy key positions in the short term and leadership positions in the long term.**DURATION**
- Two (2) years Program: (**2.5 months of onshore **activities and **21.5 months of offshore **activities)
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to embark - 14 x 14 days
**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**
- Prepare and complete the weekly scheduling and planning activities.
- Complete the CMMS WOs with required data, materials, task lists, vendors requirements as advised from Crafts supervisors.
- Organize and support weekly planning and daily review meetings, issue agreed plans and action logs, ensure necessary information is available accordingly.
- Ensure CMMS reporting is done efficiently and correctly.
- Monitor Maintenance KPIs and performances, warn support team of any recurring problems related to the maintenance activity back log.
- Ensure, in conjunction with the Maintenance Superintendent, Production Supervisor and Cargo/Marine Lead that all assurance activities are carried out on schedule and comply with the installation’s verification scheme.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Engineering Degree (recently graduated) up 2 years since that.
- Fluent in English.
- Availability to embark.
- Located in Rio or Santos Office.
**HIRING PROCESS**

- Panel Interview (HR and Technical Manager).
- English Test.
