A CI&T busca pessoas localizadas na Brasil para trabalhar como **Arquiteto de Sistemas Mobile** e atuar em um projeto do ramo Benefícios.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Garantir a organização do chapter;
- Desenhar soluções arquiteturais a nível organizacional;
- Mentorar e assegurar a consistência técnica no trabalho de Specialists da tribo;
- Apoiar o time resolvendo problemas técnicos e facilitando o desenvolvimento da solução;
- Antecipar riscos e dependências de soluções durante discussões de negócios;
- Assegurar a viabilidade técnica das soluções propostas;
- Alinhar todas as soluções técnicas à estratégia do negócio e compreender OKRs e iniciativas relacionadas ao produto;
- Conduzir e administrar iniciativas de inovação.

**Requisitos**:

- Expertise em desenvolvimento de software e no desenho e arquitetura de soluções;
- Habilidade em desenvolver e implementar APIs;
- Embasamento teórico e prático, com foco na excelência técnica e boas práticas de desenvolvimento (DDD, TDD, arquitetura, design de código, paradigmas, etc.);
- Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis;
- Visão das arquiteturas de Segurança e Cybersegurança;
- Participação ativa em comunidades de Tecnologia (palestras, meetups, eventos, tech talks, blogs) é um diferencial, como forma de disseminar o conhecimento;
- Comunicação estruturada baseada em fatos e dados;
- Pragmatismo para a resolução de problemas.
