**Your Role**:
Your primary responsibility will be to HR Business Partner with the Enabling Functions in Latin America, covering Mexico and Brazil territories and their leaders as well as coordination regional demands and activities in partnership with local HR in small countries. The HR Business Partner will also cover demands for Healthcare International Latam. Your role is providing comprehensive HR support and guidance to drive overall organizational success for EF and Healthcare transformations. You will support business leaders on key employee lifecycle topics and deploy, implement, and communicate on HR Portfolio Solutions, fostering a high-performance culture, and promoting an inclusive and diverse workforce.
You will be part of the Regional HRBP Healthcare International team and report directly into the Regional Head of HRBP Healthcare International LATAM.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partnering with EF management team to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support those objectives
- Translate EF requirements into operational plans reflecting local labor regulations and implementing the strategies locally. Ensure legal compliance on people and HR matters.
- Deliver operational people solutions and support for all employee lifecycle solutions, leveraging the existing solutions portfolio and frameworks.
- Provide expert HR guidance to employees and managers on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and talent development
- Lead and support union engagement in Brazil issues, pay, employment condition and work practices as required
- Support performance management and recognition programs, including commitment setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers on performance and recognition related matters.
- Design, develop and implement employee engagement programs and HR Initiatives relating to site HR strategy.
- Keep up-to-date with employment legislation and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to the HR Country heads and to management team
- Partner with the HR network to implement HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development, DE&I, and employee engagement activities.
- Deliver HRBP support on organizational solutions such as people analytics, and organizational transformations & change.
- Leverage best practices across the Regional HRBP Healthcare International team
- Educate and promote manager self service capabilities, and leverage MBS for completion of transactional tasks
**Who You are**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional level fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- minimum 8 years or in roles with significant people or organizational focus.
- Solid understanding of human resources principles, local practices and procedures, familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, employee and industrial relations, performance management, engagement, compensation, and benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at various levels of the organization.
- Ability to establish trust, confidentiality, and credibility to effectively partner with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Track record of working collaboratively and communicating successfully in a highly matrixed, diverse environment.
- Demonstrated change agent and change management experience.
- Being proactive and adaptable in finding resolutions to HR-related challenges.
- Solid understanding of Brazil employment legislation and regulations.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
