**Job Overview**
Procurement Excellence Analyst is responsible to plan, implement, monitor and improve the sourcing plan optimization for all relevant categories for AFLA. Additional responsibilities include supporting local transactions on SAP vision, maximizing process efficiency, and suggesting solutions for process improvements which have a direct impact on the broader supply chain.
In addition, the analyst will interact with Procurement Excellence team to guarantee all information are updated in the company systems (Spend Dashboard, Global Savings Tracking Tool and other Dashboards).

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Raw Materials Supply Plan & Management_
- Receive demand from plants and consolidate by category/SKU/supplier
- Maintain in real time suppliers service level agreements together with plants and Procurement categories management.
- Ensure margin implementation
- Place orders and support suppliers in prioritizing shipments
- Provide invoicing and post invoicing support to “internal customer” plants regarding orders status
- Procurement Finance_
- Margin accounting, forecasting and reporting
- Rebates tracking with category management, reporting to the Business Units
- Supplier Relationship Management_
- Supplier Development/Continuous Improvement Plan - particularly on working capital improvement opportunities
- DIFOT tracking together with plants and issues resolution
- Support new supplier qualifications
- Ensure proper governance of SPO structure: supply and rebate contracts in place and executed
- Commercial Operational Management_
- Raw Materials Buy-Side accounting, Vendor Payment Terms, Supply chain financing
- Monthly purchase order management including but not limited to monthly price reconciliations, contract compliance, price analysis/tracking
- GSTT reporting and tracking of SPO control tower contributions

- Collaborate and communicate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies to realize procurement goals and objectives.
- Persist in overcoming obstacles towards success of objectives
- Challenge self, suppliers & plant colleagues and persevere to successful conclusion
- Initiative for “self-management” and “self-starting” on projects and tasks

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Formal Qualifications, Experience and Education_
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Excellent negotiation skills, problem solving ability and strategic thinking ability. Excellent communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Ability to work in English, Spanish, Portuguese
- Good data analysis and calculation skills;
- Good team player, collaborative skill;
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Behaviours_

Job Specific skills and abilities
- Procurement technical skills; including market analysis, supplier selection and negotiation
- Strong organisational, verbal communication and report writing skills
- Effective participation in multi-functional work-projects and cross-functional teams in an international environment
- Understanding of general finance, continuous improvement, contractual terms and conditions, and how to mitigate risk
- Analytical and problem solving skills
