The position
By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:
- Analyse complex contractual structures, identify tax risks and opportunities, and support other areas during negotiations.
- Ensure new projects are following tax requirements, that processes will be implemented, minimizing risk and exposure to penalties.
- Interface with various stakeholders in the company including project managers, operations, legal, accounting and finance.
- Communicate the tax complexities of projects/transactions to the relevant stakeholders.
- Analyse and support legislative changes that impact company´s operation.
- Support tax inspections processes.
You

- Bachelor's Degree in Law with Master's Degree or Specialization in Tax Law.
- Fluency in Englishand Portuguese both oral and written.
- 10+ years of experience in tax advisory roles.
- Indirect Tax and Special Regimes for the oil and gas industry is a plus.
- Renewable energy projects previous experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
