IFS Applications Support Consultant

Location: Colombo

**Key responsibilities**:

- Independent maintenance of the implemented IFS Applications system in the assigned content area
- Proactive searching for solutions in response to bugs and incidents reported by users
- Preparation of patches, appropriate configuration and optimization of IFS Applications
- Supporting users of the system through consultation, training in the use of the system and preparation of instructions
- Commitment to testing new functionalities
- Building positive customer relations and providing high quality customer support
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP system maintenance
- Good knowledge of business areas in the chosen specialization
- Academic background with a bachelor's or master's degree
- English language fluency on B2 level
- Ability to think analytically and problem-solve creatively
- Team and communication skills
- A keen focus on the clients’ needs
- Independence and initiative in work, commitment and willingness to take responsibility
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, PL/SQL is an advantage
