**Job Description**:
The interpreter will work within the interpretation team. His main roles will be to perform seismic interpretation for Velocity Model Building (VMB) and to give geological support to Processing/VMB teams.

**Expected tasks and responsabilities**:

- Horizons picking: regional unconformities, salt horizons, pre-salt section;
- Create local velocity scenarios;
- Use imaging tools and workflows;
- Perform data QC: seismic attributes, velocities, maps, etc.
- Direct contact with clients to present results, understanding their perspective

**Qualifications**:
**Skills and qualifications**
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Innovative mindset
- Strong geological background (exploration geology, stratigraphy, basin)
- Experience with Pre-Salt or Brazilian Equatorial Margin is a plus
- Good understanding of prospect assessment
- Good understanding of exploration industry
- Good understanding of seismic imaging
- Good communication in English
- Good presentation skills
