**Boeing Brazil** is seeking **Staff Analyst**, reporting to the Engineering Senior Manager, working in Sao Jose dos Campos office.

The **Staff Analyst** will join the global engineering team to develop plans and objectives and provide data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develop, coordinate and assess architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Analyze data and summarizes budget information, workforce levels, training requirements and equipment/facility needs.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Collects and assembles data from multiple sources.
- Conducts research and assists with the evaluation of organizational issues.
- Supports leadership in the strategic intent and directional focus of large meetings and events.
- Summarizes and review documentation and develop informational or technical materials.
- Gathers requirements for projects.
- Develops and maintain the project schedule, and monitor and track the execution of the plan.
- Works with the team to plan and execute employee-related activities and initiatives.
- Plans and coordinates group-level facility requirements.
- Provides status reports. Maintains and tracks training requirements.
- Support managers on day-to-day inquiries
- Partnership with supporting functions to collect, consolidate, share information, and support actions.
- Support to Time-keeping/sick leave/and absence on workday
- Support with Flextime / Overtime/Office space and office equipment
- Collect and partner with supporting functions on inquires related to Pay and benefits-related questions (including PBI): Epharma/ SAC Channels
- Act as Seek Speak and Listen Advanced Focal - to capture any Individual Inquiries/Requests/Inputs
- Daily communicator and listening point to the Employee's difficulties.
- Collect and filter the main potential "moral reduction points" from the teams
- Parking, Influenza Vaccine, Family Day, Local Boeing Store, Anvil/Signa Assistance, Holidays, Among others
- Act as HR Training facilitator: team building and environment
- Continuous Work Environment Booster and Thermometer with the teams
- Advanced focal/receptor for the team and follow-up responses (accountability)
- Work with the managers and with benefit team to conduct specific elected items plans to boost team moral
- Help on the site Strategic Projects implementation, exercises and teamwork dynamics
- Act as the site event’s organizer: All hands meetings/Celebrations/Coffee breaks

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Must have a Degree in accredited course of study
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language

**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:

- Relevant experience in a similar role
- IT knowledge to automate excel spreadsheets, Tableau dashboards and similar managerial tools.
- Must be registered or eligible to register with the Appropriate Council
