**Your mission**

You will be part of the Customer Success team, serving as the point of contact for advising schools in Brazil. Your mission will be to ensure the implementation and development of Innovamat's educational proposal in schools, meaning that it is understood, used, and operates perfectly within the schools that work with us across the country.

**Your day to day at Innovamat**

**Support and Relationship Building**: You'll provide systematic support and training to a variety of schools, serving as a key point of contact for teachers, coordinators, management, and families, helping them understand and maximize the value of Innovamat's proposal.

**Hands-On Guidance**: Through virtual and in-person visits, you’ll guide and motivate teaching teams, address questions, and support their use of Innovamat, ensuring alignment on the educational transformation we're implementing.

**KPI Monitoring and Documentation**: You'll track product usage KPIs and log all school interactions in our CRM (Salesforce) to ensure a seamless follow-up and clear visibility of school engagement.

**Collaboration and Renewal Leadership**: Working closely with the management team and other departments like Marketing, Product, and Learning, you’ll help secure renewals, optimize resources, and contribute to product excellence.

**What are we looking for?**

- Ability to work independently, in an organized and self-directed manner.
- **Intermediate English or Spanish.**:

- Preview experience as a teacher or coordinator.

**Will be great if**
- Experience supporting teaching teams.
- Master degree or specialization in math education.
- Knowledge in mathematics education.
- You have been involved in social projects.
