**Job purpose**:
Responsible for receive and handle all documentation delivered by customer and proceed with BL unlock on customs system, after due conferences.
**Main responsibilities and obligations of position**:
3. Issue OBL as requested by POL when Release Office considered were considered Brazilian Ports
4. To unblock and release the cargo at Brazilian Customs System need to follow CBS procedure (RED/GREEN light rule) and if necessary, need to ask the Finance Team to verify the discrepancy between CBS and Modall
5. Receive OBL and check with demurrage department if customer has DEM Oustanding (**for all POD**).
6. Issue special approval in CBS when necessary.
7. Prepare and file documents (B?s/L, memos, etc.) related to import flows.
8. COSCO / OOCL Bill of Lading form control.
9. Complete Legal report, including CE status in Siscarga system and informing if cargo is under terminal operator custody or other bond Terminal.
10. Act in accordance with company policy and standard operating procedures;
11. Protect company assets, interests and take care of any equipment that are under your responsibility.
