**What you will do**

Contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry, and society at large. As an Operational Excellence and Strategy Manager, you will lead and coordinate operational efficiency activities within the vehicle engineering organization, fostering collaboration and implementing strategic initiatives.

**Your future team**

Join our global network at Vehicle Engineering, responsible for delivering complete truck projects and innovative vehicle components. Collaborate closely with international teams in France, India, Sweden, USA, and Australia, where you'll be at the forefront of our industry's advancement.

**Who are you?**
- Strong strategic thinker with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a multidimensional environment
- Skillful at building cross-departmental relationships in diverse cultures
- Solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
- Engineering degree with a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

**Desired Skills**
- Experience in people management and Agile methodology
- International exposure within cross-functional organizations
- Leadership experience in an engineering capacity
- Familiarity with VPS or lean manufacturing in engineering teams
