The Consumer Insights & Analytics team is the guardian of 99's Users and our squad is composed by high skilled professionals focused on:

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead analysis crossing several sources of information to diagnostic and identify opportunities for business issues;
- Recommend actions based on identified opportunities;
- Develop research plans to answer a business question using quantitative and qualitative research methods besides deep business analysis;
- Transform non-structural data into actionable insights for the business;
- Give support and manage research projects involving multiple areas and international and external stakeholders;
- Guarantee excellence of the data and researches.

Role Qualifications:

- At least 3 years in Insights/research or business/ market intelligence or data analytics/ Research Agencies managing quantitative or qualitative studies;
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and powerpoint;
- Advanced English;
- Statistics knowledge (understanding and experience on important definitions and techniques of statistics).
