We’re seeking an experienced professional with a Quality Assurance background to join our team as a **QSE Manager**.
**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and sustainability of the Integrated Management System, governance of processes, risk management, compliance legal and statutory requirements, licenses, management of certifications by External Entities (ISO45001, ISO14000, ISO 9001 and ISO22000), ensure connection with ISO17025 management system;
- Influencing and ensuring an implemented and effective QSE culture, fostering a culture of excellence that is alive and present in the processes, providing strategic direction in line with the business plan for the implementation of an innovative, agile, simple, dynamic and sustainable management system; Identify, grow and develop leaders of the next generation of leaders in Quality, Safety and Environment;
- Lead the review process by direction, objectives and targets, review performance indicator trends to identify/prioritize actions and ensure implementation;
- Ensure communication and reporting of the health and performance of the management system to the leadership team and the plant;
- Participate in extended leadership, act in the connection of strategic decisions and system initiatives;
- Annual review and target definition of QSE indicators, monthly dashboard update, trend monitoring, monthly analysis of Tiers 1, 2 and 3 indicators;
- Implement and ensure sustainability of CPS Manaus routines;
- Ensure implementation of all management system programs.
**Qualification & Requirements**
**REQUIRED**
Degree in Administration, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food, Environmental, Production and similar;
English and Spanish: Intermediate level;
Internal Auditor Training norms (Quality, Safety and Environment). ISO 9001, 14001, ISO 45001 and FSSC 22000;
Knowledge in Integrated Management Systems;
Effective Communication;
Risk assessment;
Positive and proactive attitude.
**DESIRABLE**
SAP knowledge;
Power BI, Power Apps, MS forms, MS Sway and similar;
Experience in managing industrial food production processes;
Knowledge of current legal requirements;
KPI's and Strategic Indicators;
Knowledge in Management Systems, Quality Tools Analysis / Problem Solving, Agile Methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma, Scrum, OE) Advanced;
Advanced English and Spanish;
Microsoft Office 365 Tools.
