**Project**

International project for a nonprofit social enterprise with a mission to increase career opportunities for the 71 million adults in the U.S. who do not have a four-year college degree but are Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs) in the United States. For STARs, the American Dream has been fading due in part to an “opportunity gap,” in which access to the good jobs required for upward mobility often depends less on people’s skills and more on whether and where they went to college, who they know professionally and socially, or even how they look. We envision a future in which employers hire people based on skills rather than their pedigree.

**What is expected of you for success in your role**:

- Work on the IT Help Desk to resolve service tickets regarding the company platforms
- Register, support, sort, and correct escalate/resolve the service requests
- Monitor and manage system dashboards
- Build/maintain a Tech Support knowledge basis
- Connected to the company business and different user roles

**Must-Have**
- Fluent English
- 2+ years of experience working in Tech Support activities
- Knowledge in Google Workspace
- Knowledge in Jira
- Good communication skills
- Proactive, analytic, and problem-solving mindset

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge/certification in ITIL methodology
- Knowledge in Six-sigma
- Familiarity with COBIT, ISO 270001 and/or SOC 2
- Knowledge in coding (no particular language)
