The Cross Technology Service Delivery Field Support Engineer (L2) is responsible for providing a professional second-line remote and/or onsite technical support and field engineering service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Through pre-emptive service incident and resolution activities, this role restores service to clients by managing incidents and seeing them through to an effective resolution. The primary objective of this role is to ensure all requests, process events and resolution incidents result in zero missed Service Level Agreement (SLA) conditions. The role is responsible for managing standard and low complexity incidents, conducting routine, repetitive tasks whilst using readily available information and following standard practices and procedures.

Prestar todo e qualquer tipo de suporte a todos os elementos integrantes da solução adquirida;
Subsidiar a equipe técnica do cliente na abertura de chamados, através da identificação de
imperfeições, vícios, defeitos, incorreções ou excesso de defeitos e diagnóstico de
problemas;
Auxiliar a equipe técnica da Contratada na resolução de problemas, fornecendo
informações do ambiente e suas particularidades assim como ações adotadas e diagnósticos
realizados;
Abrir chamados com o fabricante, caso o problema não seja da alçada de solução da
contratada, interagir, provendo as informações necessárias, até a sua conclusão;
Prestar todo e qualquer tipo de esclarecimento técnico à equipe do cliente, inclusive
documentar e repassar os procedimentos de instalação, atualização, administração e
configuração da solução, quando solicitados;
Manter sempre atualizado e completo o conjunto de procedimentos operacionais entregues
pela Contratada;
Manter sempre atualizado as rotinas de automação para integração da solução com a gestão
de configuração do cliente entregues pela Contratada;
Subsidiar a equipe técnica com dados referentes à solução instalada para que sejam
mantidas atualizadas as bases de dados relativas à solução contratada.

Experiência em ambiente de data center;
Desejável Certificação CCNP DATACENTER;
Experiência com tecnologia Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure), Switches Nexus em modo ACI com controladora SDN (APIC), Nexus Dashboard (Cisco Nexus Dashboard Insights) e Cisco Multi-Site Orchestrator (MSO) e Multi-Pod, novos modelos de Catalyst Cisco 9200 / 9300;
Conhecimento em outros linhas de equipamentos Cisco;
Inglês técnico - Abertura de chamado e interação com fabricante;
