**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. **Job description**:
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our engineering team in **Sao Paulo**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as **Backend **Developer**.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Design and develop backend functionalities by participating in all technical specifications, from context to objectives, in a context of permanent communication with the frontend team and users
- Ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of solutions by participating in the study and design of new components of the software architecture to ensure and optimize their performance
- Ensure the follow-up of the integration, testing and production phases
- Monitor code quality (tooling / coaching) and participate in unit testing
- Share, progress, transmit and work in a group in a desire for continuous improvement and regular technology watch
- Participate in meetings to monitor the progress of the project

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in computer science (bachelor or master)
- Experience with JAVA or NODE or.NET technologies
- At last 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of API or REST technologies is highly recommended
- Fluency in English is required
