Purpose of the Position - Value added to Company’s Success

This role is responsible for the management of tax processes and compliance activities. The Tax Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure tax efficiency and accuracy. This position is critical to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations while maximizing tax benefits for the company. The Tax Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing tax strategies and providing guidance on tax implications for business operations and transactions.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Manage tax compliance activities, including preparation and review of tax filings
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize the company's tax position
- Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on tax matters related to business operations and transactions
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and authorities on tax audits and inquiries
- Monitor tax risks and identify opportunities for tax savings
- Responsible to calculate the Transfer pricing, cross charging costs, royalties according to OECD rules.
- Responsible to calculate the income tax as well as deferred tax.
- Assist in the preparation of tax accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage all ancillary obligation to guarantee all tax (Direct and indirect) compliance to local authorities.
- Acts as single point of contact between business, financial control and global tax team.
- Working closely with global tax to assure full adherence and global policies.
- Implementing projects (SAP, Tax tools, KPIs, new tax calculation, etc)
- Supporting internal and external audits to obtain clean opinions

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax or tax consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment
- The ability to read, speak, and write fluently in English (additional languages are a plus)
