**About the Unit**:
Main objective:
Lead and act as project leader in the development and maintenance of Data & Analytics Reports, following global guidelines in terms of architecture and tools, supporting the D&A Coordinators to work with methodologies that allow the deployment of a reporting solution at the BU level and closely working with business controllers aligning the business data priorities in terms of controls and performance.

Main tasks:
He/She will be responsible for maintenance, support and enrichment of the data catalog and business glossaries to ensure correct sourcing, use and access to critical data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the BU Spoke team;
- Realize together with Business Controllers and areas, the Data & Analytics Priorization and strategy;
- Realize the connection/Link with HUB Americas and when necessary, with Global Data team to guarantee the governance and service level;
- Explore problems and possibilities to gain insights and uncover opportunities for the business;
- Provide efficient information management, optimize processes, prevent and recognize failures, manage risks, identify new opportunities, improve decision-making, etc.;
- Measure progress against data definition and quality performance targets, following up with business representatives as necessary;
- Maintain data governance processes and controls by working with project and business leaders to analyze the impact of future changes on critical data and mitigate any potential risks to data quality;
- Support the implementation of new working process and new or existing tools;
- Partner with Information Technology and business unit groups to provide access to governed data for decision-making;
- Serve as a liaison between functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements are clearly aligned, defined, communicated, well understood, and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited four-year college or university required;
- Desirable: Business/Data Analytics specialization;
- Desirable: Post Graduation/MBA in Data & Analytics
- Knowledge of SAP and SAP HANA;
- Knowledge of Alteryx, PowerBI and QLIK;
- English: spoken and written fluid;
- Experience in data projects, data management or data operational role;
- Experience in SQL and relational database and in data governance landscape, processes and design principles;
- Reporting experience in Power BI or any other reporting tool preferred in data governance, data management or data operational role.
