We are seeking an efficient and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support and directly assisting the C Level by promptly addressing travel, document, and reporting needs.

**As an Executive Assistant you will**
- Provide general admin support: Assist with expenses, purchases, and data entry into Kokku's internal system for various processes, including travel and expenses.
- Implement compliance measures: Collaborate with GA&C team on executive-related compliance.
- Support C Level executives: Manage schedules, communication, and arrangements for international staff.
- Manage reception and communication: Greet visitors, handle requests, manage calls, and assist authorities.
- Coordinate events and travel: Assist in organizing, setting up, and managing logistics for events and travel.
- Handle information and documents: Review, gather, liaise, and maintain databases, documents, and clippings.
- Control correspondence: Receive, sort, and manage physical and electronic correspondence, including mail deliveries.
- Archive documents: Organize, classify, and manage files, including proficiency in computerized systems.
- Perform other similar tasks within the organizational environment.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Academic background, completed or ongoing degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or proven relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and internet usage.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
