Industrial Finishing Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Analyst to support Films & Laminates and Metallization & Imaging businesses in South América, reporting to Account Manager in Brazil.

The primary responsibility is support account manager regarding forecast and sales and help to develop new business focus on Films & Laminates.

**Activities will include**:

- Managing, maintaining, tracking, and continuously improving usage of Salesforce tool
- Track metrics to support sales
- Manage pricing and sample request through Salesforce
- Manage different sources which generate data and graphics at Power BI ( stock/forecast/import process/sales /results )
- Keep tracking new leads at Salesforce
- Maintain Salesforce contacts up dated
- Run reports
- Market opportunities/ studies / strategy focus on Films & Laminates

This role requires constant interaction with Customer Service, Logistics and warehouse. This person should demonstrate an understanding of our internal business processes and the needs of our customers.

**Main Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or 2/3 of degree completed
- Advanced level of English
- Analytical skills, and ability to look at data from various perspectives
- Ability to understand workflows and process follow
- Ability to use Microsoft office tools
- Ability to use Power Bi and if not have the committed to learn it
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers
- Organizational capability
- Ability to prioritize and support effectively
