**What we are looking for**:
the TCO Specialist will be responsible for monitoring the total operating costs of the machinery, focusing its activities on opportunities to reduce these from the customer's point of view, and also on actions aimed at increasing customer loyalty in the dealership workshops, that is, will monitor operating costs related to the equipment and will suggest improvement actions that will reflect on a better perception of AGCO's brands in terms of cost with machinery and after-sales value proposition.

The deliverables of this position are the adjustment in maintenance costs of current machines and also new releases, making sure that AGCO's equipment is well positioned in the market and with reference to competitors, and also service marketing solutions that aim to increase the customer loyalty in after-sales at dealerships.

**What are you going to do**:
Implementation of the after-sales TCO improvement process;
Implementation of the TCO improvement process with the NPI team;
Lead numerous simultaneous improvement projects being the focal point between all related areas at a global level;
Participate in planning, briefing and project alignment meetings;
Consolidate the information collected in meetings and create tasks identifying the key user and deadline;
Analyze the schedules and propose suggestions for improvement, considering the risks of non-delivery;
Understand business problems and opportunities in the form of requirements and recommend cross-functional solutions;
Hold periodic meetings with key users of the project for reporting, planning, problem solving or execution of the communication plan;
Document all project communications meetings, highlighting activities, responsible parties and completion date;
Keep project documentation up to date, organizing information and filing documents as established by the PMO;
Prepare and communicate weekly the Status Report of the projects under his responsibility;
Presentations at meetings between the leaders involved;
Support the implementation of service marketing solutions aimed at increasing customer loyalty at the dealership's workshop;
Will support the implementation of the preventive maintenance contract strategy;
Support rollout/development strategy for extended warranty solutions;
It will interact with the value selling strategy for lubricants considering the fluid analysis service;

**What do you need**:
Extensive experience in project management;
Experience in TCO and marketing informations.

Degree in engineering, administration, economics or similar;
Have knowledge in engineering, manufacturing and after-sales processes in the agricultural or automotive sector;
Advanced English;-
